Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Processing and shipping
Orders ship within 1 to 3 business days via USPS and usually arrive within 3 to 4 business days. Your tracking number is emailed once your order ships.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
Lost or stolen packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Orders marked Delivered by USPS cannot be reshipped, and claims must be filed with USPS directly. Missing packages cannot be tracked more than 14 days after delivery.
